Giving feedback on mymind
If you found an issue or are missing a feature you really want to see in your mind, you can send us feedback by clicking "Contact" in the menu of this page. A form will open up in the bottom right, in which you can fill out your info and send us an email. We usually respond within a day, other than on weekends.
If you do not see a form open on your screen, please disable any ad-blocker extensions and try again.
What sort of feedback are you looking for?
We actually have a giant wishlist of everything any member has ever asked for, so we have quite a few existing requests to sort through at the moment! That said, we still love to hear from you and learn what features you really want to see in your mind. If it's within our vision, we will let you know as soon as its supported.
You can also let us know about any bugs you notice in your mind, or any issues you have with your account. Do note though that links not saving as expected in your mind are typically misclassifications rather than bugs, and often caused by a website blocking us. While we wish we had the time to fix each misclassified link individually, the best approach for us is to work on overarching improvements to how mymind saves your links.
What info should I provide?
If you ran into an issue, please provide us your device info, including:
- Your device model
- Your device's OS version number
- If you're using a browser, what browser and browser update version you're using
- If you're using one of our apps, send us what version it's on (and make sure to update if it's not already on the latest version).
- And finally provide us with a screen-recording of the issue, or at bare minimum a screenshot of it for us.
