Why am I seeing an error message for my saved website thumbnail?

If you see an error message for a website you saved in mymind, it means the website has completely blocked mymind from accessing content. This should happen rarely.

On the Mastermind plan, you can upload your own screenshot to use as the website thumbnail instead. Just click into the card and you'll find the option in the bottom left corner.

Otherwise, mymind automatically provides a nice screenshot thumbnail from most websites you save, so you can easily identify them later in your mind.
