How can I help organize my new mind?
It's our goal that mymind does most of the organization for you, with the help of AI. Just save it, and mymind will tag and categorize it for you.
Spaces and tags are the best way to organize special projects or themes.
How tagging works
In mymind, you'll see AI tags (which are automatically added for you) and any manual tags you've added yourself.
To find your manual tags later, search #mytag and hit enter to finalize the search. This will show ONLY the items you've tagged with your manual tag.
You don't need to do any special searches or organization for AI tags. Just let mymind do its work, and search whatever detail you remember to find what you saved.
How Spaces work
Smart Spaces will magically organize for you based on the search parameters you choose.
Example: Tag all your related links, images, todos, notes and videos with #thesis, then create a Smart Space around that tag. Now any card tagged #thesis will show up there.
Regular Spaces are managed by manually adding a card or using a specific tag.
How do I edit my tags?
You can merge or delete tags in our Tag Manager on your account page.
