Error signing in

Problems logging in? Try this:

Are you sure you're logging in with the correct account?

Step 1: Go to access.mymind.com/signout, this will sign out all your accounts just to be sure.

Step 2: Go to access.mymind.com/signin and make sure you're selecting the correct email/account you got your invite sent to.

If you signed up with Google, make sure you select the correct email account which you used when joining mymind. If you used Apple to sign up with mymind, make sure to select your Apple account, otherwise it will not work.

If you received an invite email but after clicking on the link it says you're on the waitlist, that means you may have two mymind accounts. Make sure to follow the above steps and select the correct account (the one you got invited with).
