Changing your app icon

You can customize the appearance of the mymind app icon on iOS, Android, and Mac.

Mobile

Open the sidebar in your mind by swiping right from the left side of the screen, or by tapping the brain button at top right. Scroll down until you see the banner of app icons. Tap the icons to open My Collections.

All paying members have access to the Paid Membership icons (Scroll to the bottom of the page, below Custom Achievement Icons). Tap any icon to change the mymind app's appearance.

Mac

In the Mac menu bar, click mymind, then Settings (Or press ⌘+comma). Select the Icons tab, and click on the Mac icon you prefer.

Note: Due to App Store limitations, the custom mymind MacOS icon will not persist when you quit the app, and will instead revert to the default mymind icon.

Custom achievement icons and wallpaper

As you unlock MindStones in your mind, you'll also occasionally unlock app icons and wallpaper options in My Collections.

Note: Available on iOS only as of October 2026, with plans to expand support to other platforms very soon

Many MindStones have a corresponding app icon or wallpaper that the achievement will unlock. Just like the Paid Membership icons, tap the icon you want to change the app to.

You'll also see a My Wallpapers tab at the top of the screen. Choose any Wallpaper to download it to your device. Locate the downloaded image, then choose Share > Use as Wallpaper to set it as your device's background.
